Creation vs Evolution

Which is true, Scripture or science?  Which can be disproved?  Science has provided much in terms of modern accomplishments because of its system of being able to replicate observable experiments.  However, when discussing origins, science cannot replicate those observable experiments.  An honest investigation of the science of beginnings shows many inconsistencies, and even some outright lies and hoaxes.  Whereas, as time passes and more is understood, the revelations found in our scriptures prove ever more reliable.  The question is, at what point do you stop believing if there is proof of error, such has constantly been shown with the theory of evolution.
